My story

In 2015, I had to take over a small bakery from my father which served local customers. I desired to make my father proud by growing the bakery and make it bigger, but I had only little bakery experience.

Fortunately, I came across Bakery Initiatives Group (BIG). They brought in a wealth of experience with their 5P-Profit Program. I invested €150,000 for coaching, better equipment and smart branding. Two years later, I have become passionate about my job, I bake profit, have a bright future… and a proud father!
