The objective is to increase the theoretical and practical knowledge of participants in the bakery and confectionary industry and also equip them to be able to transfer such knowledge to others thereby creating a large pool of knowledgeable people in this field.
It is our hope that after passing through this training, you all will become change agents in ensuring that the bakery businesses you get involved in become successful
Mr. Mbanaso told the participants at the brief opening ceremony before the commencement of the first phase of the training.
The training program which held for two weeks in Yaba, Lagos started on Monday, June 25, 2018 and covered such areas as technology and practice of baking of bread, cakes and pastries with special emphasis on recipes, effects of basic ingredients, cost calculations among others.
