My story
My brother and I started our bakery 20 years ago. We are the leading cake producer in our country.
We have a central bakery and 15 cake shops. In 2016, EBRD introduced us to Bakery Initiatives Group (BIG) and their specialists helped us to improve quality, standardize processes and develop new products. Today, due to the expert advice received from BIG, we have added luxury bread, tasty pizza, hotdog rolls and hamburger buns for our fast food chains. BIG also helped us with a cheap DGGF loan from the Dutch State, managed by Atradius to standardize our bakery, rebuild our brand and restyle our shops.
