The BIG Equipment Solution
To minimalize investment and maximize capacity utilization, BIG works with “preferred suppliers” of both new and reconditioned machines.
These suppliers are from Europe and other continents. They have been pre-selected because they offer a high quality-price ratio and are suitable to your local conditions, including regular servicing and spare parts.
Our service fee for project management is adapted to working with these suppliers. Because we know all their technical details, it is relatively easy for us to work with their equipment solutions.
Should you, as a customer, desire to work with a different supplier, BIG may have to raise its fees to cover the additional work of scrutinizing the alternative supplier.
Of course, the decision is up to you, but we reserve the right to refuse to work with suppliers of doubtful equipment quality.
